1. Scope

This policy explains what Little Apple Printing LLC collects when you visit www.LittleApplePrinting.com, place an order, or contact us, and what we do with it. It covers the Site and our order handling. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Name, business name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone number
  • Order details, artwork files, proof approvals, and the messages you send us
  • Payment information, which is submitted directly to our payment processor — see Section 4
  • Tax exemption or resale certificate information, where you provide it

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and measure site performance

Information from others

  • Order, fraud-screening, and payment status information from our payment processor and platform
  • Delivery status information from shipping carriers

3. How We Use It

  • To quote, produce, proof, invoice, fulfill, and deliver your order
  • To communicate about your order — confirmations, proofs, delays, shipping, and warranty claims
  • To keep records required for accounting, sales tax, and warranty purposes
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To improve the Site and our products
  • To send marketing messages, only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law — you can opt out at any time

4. Payments

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment provider under its own security and privacy practices. We receive only limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, and authorization result. We also do not keep full card numbers in job files, email, or written correspondence.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies keep your shopping cart working, remember preferences, and help us understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may stop working correctly if you do.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf — e-commerce platform, payment processor, hosting, shipping carriers, email delivery, and accounting
  • Subcontractors where a portion of your job requires it, limited to what they need
  • When required by law, subpoena, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property

7. Artwork and Job Files

We keep your artwork and job files so we can reorder, reprint, and handle warranty claims. Files you supply remain yours. We will not use your artwork or finished job in our marketing, portfolio, or social media without your permission.

8. How Long We Keep It

We keep order and customer records as long as needed to fulfill the order, honor the warranty, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting requirements, and then for a reasonable period afterward. Artwork and job files are kept so reorders are possible; tell us if you want your files removed and we will remove them where we are not required to keep them.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including the security provided by our e-commerce platform and payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices

  • Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us
  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep
  • Ask us not to use your artwork or finished job in any promotional context

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
